Welcome to Laura Crosson Yoga. Through the videos and blog posts on this website, I hope you’ll experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. I believe in a no gimmicks style of yoga; yoga should be accessible to everyone and everyBODY. I promise, you don't have to be flexible or even bendable to do yoga. 


I became a 200 hour RYT in 2014 . Yoga makes me feel strong, flexible, and grounded. I believe that everyone can benefit from yoga! I hope to share my passion for yoga with others for years to come by creating community. I am a Master Resilience Trainer and find great reward in sharing proactive coping skills. I am also certified in Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Trapeze.
